Observation Tower WN 63

This observation tower is privately owned and therefore almost always closed to the public. Not on Bunker Day! Only a few of these towers were built along the Atlantic Wall during WWII. This provides a view of the whole fort town of IJmuiden, including the harbour entrance.

Please note!: Access to this bunker is via various stairways and through dunes with loose sand. There is no lighting inside the bunker so make sure to bring a torch!
