This bunker was an ammunition store and you can still see lists of types of ammunition that were kept here noted on the walls. This, and the other type M145 munitions bunker in Dishoek are the only accessible bunkers of this type in The Netherlands. 6 were built, of which only 3 remain. The third is in Vlissingen.
Access to the bunker is via a long stairway upward and some distance walking through the dunes.
