In the Atlantic Wall Centre Huisduinen there is an exhibition about the global history of the Atlantic Wall and the course of the WWII. Den Helder had to endure most of the bombing raids in the Netherlands. With the help of interviews, photos and maps of the people who live in Den Helder, more is told about the war, many bombings, German soldiers, espionage, evacuations and demolition. A chronological wall shows the course of the war and a geographical wall with photos and miniature bunkers gives an impression of the entire Atlantic Wall, which is more than 5000 km long.
