This large bunker is located deep underground. To reach it, visitors must descend a steep staircase. A chair lift has been built especially for disabled visitors. The bunker, a type Küver 431 Notstrom Bunker for 70 KVA, was equipped with an emergency power supply. It is a rare type; only two were ever built in the Netherlands, one on Terschelling and one on Schiermonnikoog.
