Toorenvliedt is the only intact divisional headquarters in the Netherlands and the most complete one within the Atlantic Wall. Today, there are still 11 bunkers (7 bombproof and 4 lighter bunkers) – three command posts, seven staff shelters and a type 618 communications post that is unique to the Netherlands. The 618 is also a very rare design internationally speaking; only about 5 examples still exist. It has been restored in recent years, is now complete, and can therefore participant of Bunker Day. The bunker has been partly staged using authentic items.
