Book Atlanticwall in a map: bunkers and occupation in South Holland

Bunker experts and authors Arthur van Beveren and Jeroen Rijpsma show in a new book the enormous impact of bunker construction in South Holland during and after the Second World War. They did years of research in archives and private collections in the Netherlands and abroad. The result is a very extensive work with 120 original German maps and plans, and dozens of photos, many of which have never been published before.

During Bunker Day you can buy the book and you will receive 6 colorful bicycle route brochures along traces of the war, including an overview map, as a gift. Arthur and Jeroen are present to tell everything about the book and sign it.
