Accessibility During Bunker Day
During Bunker Day, we warmly welcome everyone, including visitors with limited mobility. We believe it is important that as many people as possible can enjoy the unique stories and locations that Bunker Day has to offer.
Unfortunately, many bunkers are difficult to access due to their location in the dunes or because stairs (outside and inside the bunkers) must be climbed. Inside, bunkers are often not wheelchair accessible due to narrow hallways and tight doorways.
However, there are also a number of locations that are more accessible, for example because they are on ground level or have fewer obstacles. On our website, you can find an overview of these locations, allowing you to plan your visit to the places that are most suitable for you.
